Individual Services
Single Session
Booking a single session is the perfect opportunity for a trial run of what ADE Hockey is about. You are guaranteed to leave with at least one new skill to think about should you go back to training on your own.
5 Session Package
This 5-session package gives us the space to dive deeper into the core elements of your development. You’ll receive full access to all services: detailed progression plans, curated video clips that model each skill, and on-ice footage that breaks down your performance This is where purposeful repetition meets tailored feedback. This has everything designed to move your game forward.
10+ Session Package
This package gives you extended access to everything offered in the 5-lesson plan, with the added benefit of a discounted rate. It’s the same high-level detail, the same intentional progress, just more of it. If you’re serious about long-term growth, this is your option.
